SO CRAZY. This article is about a type of sleep schedule called polyphasic sleep where you sleep for 20-30 minutes 6 times a day (so every 4 hours). There are different variations of this type of increment sleeping too, including like hourly sleeping. For this type of sleep schedule its important you don’t miss nap times. This wouldn’t really workout for someone with a busy schedule–you’d need to be very disciplined.
